We woke up a little easier this morning, and Isabella played in the park for a while before we left for home. We got off I-29 at Harwood and took H81 just for fun (except for a 3-mile road construction detour) the rest of the way back to Grand Forks. Keeping off the Interstate as much as possible made the trip way more fun, and it didn't feel like it dragged on forever because there was always something more to look at than when on the Interstate.

We pulled into our house around 3pm. We had traveled 963 miles overall. Despite a few meltdowns/tantrums and malfunctioning DVD players, Isabella took to travel like a real trooper and seemed to have a lot of fun. She still talks about Storybook Land and camping.
